?Out of favour Stoke midfielder, Bojan, quickly fell out of Mark Hughes’s plans and was loaned out in January to German club Mainz, but the 26-year-old insists he ‘cannot\u00a0wait to get back to playing in the Premier League.’<\/inline><\/p>\n

With the Potters struggling since Bojan’s departure from the club – winning only three of fifteen – it seemed a <\/inline>bizarre\u00a0decision to offload the attacking midfielder mid-season who <\/inline>possesses\u00a0<\/inline>the ability to turn a game on its head.\u00a0<\/inline><\/inline><\/p>\n

The Spanish international has spent time at\u00a0six clubs across Europe in six years, and with Hughes not closing the door on his future at\u00a0the bet365 Stadium,\u00a0he is eager to discover what his next steps are\u00a0with Stoke City.<\/inline><\/inline><\/p>\n

He told the\u00a0?Independent:\u00a0“I\u2019m going to enjoy the summer and we\u2019ll see what happens.\u00a0I have a contract in a club where the fans show me a lot of love and I\u2019m relaxed about my future. I will talk to the club and see what they have to say.”<\/span><\/p>\n

After being shut out by the Potters the 26-year-old could have easily let his shoulders drop, but after helping Mainz stay in the top flight\u00a0he has seen his time away from England as an experience which will help him grow.<\/p>\n

He added:\u00a0“The experience has been short but very intense. I\u2019m very happy to have learned a new league and played here, living new experiences.\u00a0I\u2019ve only been here (Mainz) a short time – just over three months really – so the adaptation has needed to be quicker, but I\u2019ve learned a lot about myself as a person.”<\/span><\/p>\n

With Stoke not prepared to facilitate a loan switch to rival clubs in the Premier League, Bojan made the move to the Bundesliga which was his fifth different experience in a European league.<\/p>\n

He reflected on his experiences, stating:\u00a0“Germany is more physical and based around pressing and counter-attacks.<\/p>\n
