?Swansea City go into the final day of the season with the comfort of knowing that whatever happens, they have secured Premier League football for the seventh consecutive year.<\/p>\n

They host West Brom this Sunday\u00a0who have had a solid season but have also gone 8 games without a win since beating Arsenal in mid-March.<\/p>\n

Swansea will be wanting to thank their fans for their unwavering support this season in their final home game, and this is the side that may start.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Federico Fernandez will continue his partnership with Alfie Mawson who should be singled out for a fantastic season with the Swans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      ?Moving into midfield, it looks like Leon Britton and Ki Sung Yueng will continue in the centre of the park after a successful partnership against Sunderland including an assist for the Korean.<\/p>\n

      Swansea’s Player of the Year Gylfi Sigurdsson\u00a0is expected to joined by former Spurs team-mate Tom Carroll and Jordan Ayew – who has added a much needed spark into the Swansea side since joining from Aston Villa in January.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        There is a chance that this could be Llorente’s last game for Swansea if whispers are to be believed but that won’t matter when his side take to the pitch on Sunday.<\/p>\n
