He won the Manager of the Month award in his first month in charge after winning three\u00a0of his first four Premier League games, including wins against Crystal Palace, Liverpool and Southampton.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-label=\"Drop here...\">Whilst results have not been consistent, the Swans fans will be encouraged by the team&#8217;s last two performances, with a comfortable 2-0 win at home to Stoke City followed by an impressive 1-1 draw away to Manchester United.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-label=\"Drop here...\">Swansea currently sit in 18th position in the Premier League.
